My product is broken, what should I do?

All claims should be emailed to reklamationer@abvaskan.com

To be able to handle the claim, we need:

• Photos of the damage and a photo of the whole product.
• Description of the damage and how it occurred.
• Name of the person who ordered the product.
• Order number, if available.
• In some cases, for example for suitcases from Titan and Samsonite, an LO number may be needed, which can be found on the inside of the lining of your suitcase.

Therefore, it is important that you do not throw away the suitcase before the claim has been processed.
