The international measurement (IATA) is a height+width+depth of 115 cm.

STANDARD MEASUREMENTS within the EU for cabin luggage: 56 CM X 45 CM X 25 CM

Many airlines have limited their cabin dimensions (see below).

Remember to always measure the total external dimension of the bag including handles, wheels, and "feet".
